Two hours. Together we look at your products, your customers and their daily work - and identify three software ideas with real willingness to pay. Free and without obligation.
Weeks 1–4
A clickable prototype that we show to selected customers before a single line of production code is written. We validate in the market, not in the meeting room.
Months 2–3
We build the product. You bring domain knowledge, hardware access and one or two pilot customers. Effort on your side: one to three hours per week.
From month 4
Your sales team sells together with us; we operate and keep developing. Every piece of customer feedback flows into the next version - in weekly cycles, not yearly releases.

12 months minimum term
Because a product needs time after launch to land with your customers. After twelve months you decide freely whether and how to continue.
Control stays with you
Software, brand, data and customer relationship belong to your company. We are the development partner and build the software together with you.
That is the normal case and not an obstacle. We need domain knowledge and access to one or two customers - not project management. Realistically: two to four hours per week on your side.
From day one the code lives in a repository you have access to and runs on infrastructure that can be transferred to you. There is no state in which you are left without your product.
That is what the prototype before development is for. We show it to three existing customers. If nobody wants to buy, you know after four weeks - instead of after two years.
